All parks are open each day from dawn to dusk for members of our community. For park related questions, please contact the City Building 859.342.7911.

2022 Fall and Winter Events

Covered Bridge Park
Dixie Highway to Goodridge Drive.  Follow Goodridge until it runs into East Covered Bridge Drive. Entrance to park is on the right. Park Features: playgrounds, picnic shelters, basketball goals.

Parks and Rec - Image 02Rosella Porterfield Park
Dixie Highway to Garvey Avenue, left on Shaw Avenue, right on Capitol Avenue.  The park is next to the Head Start Building. Park Features: basketball Court, playgrounds, and picnic shelters.

Terrill Park
Dixie Highway to Park Avenue.  The park is at the end of Park Avenue across from Terrill Drive. Park Features: basketball court, playground, picnic shelter, and a charcoal grill.

Woodside Park
Parks and Rec - Image 03 Dixie Highway to Main Street, right on Maple Avenue. Entrance to the park in on the left. Park features: playground, picnic shelter, charcoal grill, basketball goals and three baseball fields.

Billy R. Bradford Park
Dixie Highway to Garvey Avenue. The park is across the street from the Elsmere City Building. Park Features: gazebo, three benches, and sidewalk.
