The Administrative Department is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the city and implements the legislative actions and policy decisions approved by the Mayor and City Council. In addition, the Administrative Department serves as the principal tax and license fee collector and maintains the official records of the city.
The Administrative Department is made up of the office of City Administrator Michael Bartlett, City Treasurer Jessica Lucius, and City Clerk Misty Ezell. We have recently added two part-time Administrative Clerks to this department, Dee Dzaferagic and Theresa Finke. We’re here to answer your questions, listen to your concerns, and assist you with your general city business.
